LICENSE AGREEMENT
This is a legal agreement between you (the end user), and the Artist of the Starloops's product.
Read this agreement carefully before using this product. By using this product, you agree
to accept the terms of this Agreement.

COPYRIGHT
The contents of the package are the property of its creator (the Artist) and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
The Artist reserves all rights.

LICENSE
The Artist grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to modify and use the images, songs or movies stored in his Starloops's products (videos VJ-Loops downloadable or on DVD Content-Pack, photos on CD Image Bank or songs on musical compilation)for designing advertisements , public projections, Web pages, direct mail, creating movie presentations, TV illustration.
However, without the prior written approval of the Artist, you may not (1) use the Content on more than one computer or computer terminal at the same time; (2) copy or reproduce the content in its entirety or partially on any support more than one time for backup purposes; (3) rent or lease the content; (4) rent, transfer or grant any rights to the images or movies stored thereon to any other person or entity; (5) put the Content on line in any downloadable format; (6) use the images or movies on a website at a resolution higher than 72dpi for the images and at a size higher than 320 x 240 pixels for the movies; (7) use or allow another
person or entity to use the images, songs or movies to create scandalous, obscene, or immoral images.

Exceptions for the products DVD Music Videos and Music Albums:
In this case, the license granted by the Arist(s) is only a license for "private use only " as any audio-visual work is.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Starloops warrants his product(s) to be free from viruses and defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Starloops's entire liability and your sole remedy for a breach of this warranty shall be limited to a refund of the purchase price or a free download of an equivalent product, at Straloops's option. Neither Starloops nor its distributors / dealers shall be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages whatsoever arising from the use of, or the inability to use, this product. This limited warranty shall be void in the event of product defects or failure resulting
from accident, abuse or misapplication.

GOVERNING LAW
In the event of a litigation only the courts of Brussels will be qualified.
