All the products being able to be ordered on our site and to be delivered "physically" at your address will not be refundable any more as from the moment when the command with left our offices and is in the course of delivery.
If you had an error at the time of your command and bought a not desired product, as from the moment when the command with left our offices and is in the course of delivery, we will not be capable any more to replace your product or to modify your command. It will thus be considered that you bought the product.
The taxes and right of customs are with your load and are not included in the total amount of your command because it is impossible for us to calculate them when your carry out the payment. The taxation due of a product delivered by FedEx will be claimed to you by the deliveryman at the time of the handing-over of the mail. If you refuse to pay these taxes, FedEx will not give you the parcel. Your command will not be refunded because it will be regarded as having delivered.
